Training program design

The aims pursued in this phase are:

–  Define and agree the key features of the training program, with regard to the competences identified and described in the previous phase.

–  Provide a framework for the development of the contents and methodologies of the training program.

–  Create a training programme based on the designed qualifications.

The definitions of the training program involves goals, pedagogical approach, structure of contents, training process, pre-requisites, teaching requisites, needed didactical resources, timing, didactical procedures and homogenization criteria for the different didactical units, recommendations and criteria for teaching the program.

The program will be developed considering different levels in accordance with the different target groups to whom the project is focused. At the meantime the writing of the main training program “Design and Optimization of cold, warm and hot forging processes using FEM simulation technologies” will distinguish between different sorts of forging.
